There is no better way to gain a true understanding of how your home operates, and what its strengths and weaknesses are, than with an inspection by a qualified home inspector. Absolutely. We encourage our clients to attend the onsite portion of the inspection as there is no better way to learn about the home than walking through with an inspector.

We inspect to the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) standards.
An inspection is meant only to identify the operating systems and defects in a home.
Yes! A new home (especially while still under warranty) should be inspected as no home is perfect. The sooner issues are found, the sooner they can be resolved, and the less long term implications there will be.
